Remote Access
Kent IT install as standard on any new (or existing installation we take over) a full suite of remote access and management tools. The benefits of this are three-fold:
Firstly, it allows us to monitor, be alerted by and regularly poll your critical network services.
Secondly, as a direct result of that we are able to make choices, take action and jump quickly to correct a problem before it even occurs - often informing the customer of a failed disk’s replacement before they have even been aware of a problem.
Lastly, we are able to offer a full feature set of remote-based support, including but not limited to: Watching a user demonstrate a problem remotely, fixing workstation issues while a user is on their lunch break and assisting third parties in problem resolution in custom software when they are unable to progress the call themselves.
